Good morning Candace Family!

First, a huge thank you to you all. We have been truly amazed by the incredible messages of support and enthusiasm about the new site where we can be censorship and platform free. Thanks to you all we are able to do what we do, and we could not do what we do without you. As Candace said yesterday on her show, this is the biggest investment in her own company she has ever done!

Second, as expected with a complex migration and site launch, we are still sorting through individual issues with people's accounts. Yesterday we processed several hundred support issues and there are only three of us! Thank you for your patience - we will turnaround your requests as quick as we can.

Third, LOCALS COINS SUPPORTERS! We realised yesterday that a lot of people had paid for support using Locals Coins (far more than we initially realized). We have now completed the migration of all active paying supporters who used Locals Coins. This means that if you had an account on Locals and you were an ACTIVE PAYING SUPPORTER who used Locals Coins you will now have an account on Candaceowens.com using the same email that your Locals account was tied to. Please go to the 'Login' button and hit 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions to reset your password.

However, if you have ALREADY CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT AND YOU PREVIOUSLY PAID USING LOCALS COINS (your new account must have used the same email as your Locals account) then your Locals Coins payment should have been migrated over to your Billing profile!

Fourth, PASSWORD RESETS. We are aware of a lot of people say they did not get their password reset emails. This is not a problem from our side, this is a problem with the email providers (Gmail, AOL and others) - because of the intensity of the site launch yesterday and the hundreds of thousands of emails that went out, some of the email providers marked our domain as spam and consequently have not been sending the password reset emails. This issue will be resolved shortly as they become familiar with our domain traffic.

When does the Birth Control episode come out on your -Shot In the Dark- series?
I have a young family member who I've been pleading for her to stop taking her birth control due to all the horrible health factors and potential infertility issues--I'm part of the ever growing group of women with "unexplained infertility"-- And she knows this about me, but, to her, the scariest thing is the thought of an unwanted pregnancy at a young age. Oh, if I knew then what I know now...the alternative of possibly never being able to conceive/carry/ and raise a biological family, is a thousand times scarrier.
To those fearful youg ladies, I say, the fear is only temporary, but God's gift of a child is a blessing you didnt know you needed.
I hope this little lady I care for dearly watches your episode-- and with a better articulated explanation of the dangers of birth control, comes to the right decision on her own terms.

I just wanted to say bringing up your name on any social media is apparently similar to bringing up Trump 😂

A girl posted on a public Facebook page I follow talking about the Blake & Justin drama and asked our opinions and I (and many others) suggested to watch your coverage on it and WE WERE SO TROLLED. The same six girls were arguing or “😂” at any person who spoke of you and your thoughts on it. I felt bullied? 😂🧐 but the thought of them literally scanning the 400 or so comments on Candace patrol had me shook. So strange and pointless.

It’s all fun and games until you talk bad about my Detroit Lions or my Candace 😂

As all of you know from the communications the last few days, we have now launched our new site: Candaceowens.com

Creating a solo site for an individual creator is hugely expensive and we wanted it to be big and beautiful, as well as somewhere that can be a new home for all things Candace. What's even better is that this is just the first step.. we have even more exciting things in the pipeline to add all the way through the year.

For those of you who have supported us on Locals we want to say an enormous THANK YOU. As you know, this was mainly a vehicle for us to be supported to find our way as an independent creator.

The new site will be a whole load more:

More Premium content, including Director's cut and previously censored content
A Shot in the Dark, Candace's landmark vaccine series with Season 1 already live on the site
Candace's Book Club, a brand new twice a month series that will be Candace taking you through whatever she is reading
A place where we can put Candace's 'Too Hot for YouTube' content, including the Becoming Brigitte series that we're launching soon
A new look merchandise store
A new comments section, exclusive to Candaceowens.com
Plus plenty more...

To do all this was a huge lift, and we want to thank you for supporting us this far.

To all the Locals paying supporters, here is what is happening to your subscriptions:

On the 28th January 2025 we migrated all our Locals supporters to the new Club Candace membership tier at Candaceowens.com. All our paying supporters will now automatically have an account on the new site, you should have received an email at some point on the 28th January 2025 explaining this.

Your subscription to Club Candace will mirror the monthly or annual package you had on Candace’s Locals community (i.e. it will be monthly or annual the same as before), but with the new pricing applied. For the premium package on Candaceowens.com it will be billed at $16.99 / month or $169 / year ($14.08 / month). There is also the Book Club Tier which is billed at $9.99 / month or $99 / year ($8.25 / month) for those who want to just have access to the Book Club.

If your monthly renewal on Locals was set to renew on the 29th, 30th or 31st January, your renewal will be delayed until 5pm EST on the 31st January 2025 until you have had time to review the new site and see if you want your subscription to continue.

If you do not wish to continue being a paid subscriber, you can cancel your membership in the ‘Billing’ section of the new site by hitting the three dots next to your ‘Subscription Level’ and clicking ‘Cancel’. Your subscription will be valid until your renewal date, after which it will expire.

Huge Announcement... Almost!

Something big is coming soon...

Hi Club Candace,

Happy Monday! For those of you who can take a break from the latest hottest news coming to you from Candace’s Podcast Studio, we thought we’d share something truly exciting with you.

Firstly - THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL ANNOUNCEMENT! More will be coming in the next couple of days, including where to go and how to sign up. This is just letting everyone know what is about to happen.

As all of you know, when we became independent last year we set up Locals to help build a subscriber base as well as provide a home where we could place premium content. For the past ten months, Locals has been a fantastic place to house some of our ‘Too Hot For YouTube’ content, as well as a community forum for those who want to talk about all things Candace.

However, for the past few months we have been building our own video and subscription platform that will be the one central home for all things Candace. It's coming this week...

What do we mean by this? We mean:

- A Shot in the Dark, returning with Season 1 already available to premium subscribers, and new seasons already filmed and ready to go

- The all new, Candace Book Club, available to premium subscribers or Book Club only subscribers

- A custom built Livestream player for Candace’s podcast on the new site, free of big tech programmatic ads or censorship

- A new look Club Candace merchandise store

- A brand new comments section for Candace’s videos

- New ways to connect with Candace, like links to Minnect, as well as booking forms for those who want to get Candace to speak

- A video library of all of Candace’s content, including premium content that the major tech platforms took down.

All this and more coming….

This means that we are now really rewarding those who have supported us on Locals with top tier premium content, and a new beautiful home for all things Candace that will only get better with time.

But, as a result, we will be shutting down our Locals page this week and migrating all our paying supporters to the new site. As of now, we are no longer accepting new paying supporters on Locals, if you are NOT a paying supporter on Locals, you will have to create a new account on the new site once it is announced. Paying subscribers will have their subscriptions migrated, you will receive an email about this in the next couple of days.

This will also mean that from tomorrow, we will start to slowly shutdown Locals and Locals content ahead of the new site launch later this week. As a result, there may be one or two days of disruption - THIS IS TO BE EXPECTED.

DO NOT WORRY! We will be sending plenty of communications about the new site and everyone who has been a paying supporter will be transferred over to the new site when it goes live.

All this to say, exciting things are happening and this is going to be a big week.
