First, a huge thank you to you all. We have been truly amazed by the incredible messages of support and enthusiasm about the new site where we can be censorship and platform free. Thanks to you all we are able to do what we do, and we could not do what we do without you. As Candace said yesterday on her show, this is the biggest investment in her own company she has ever done!
Second, as expected with a complex migration and site launch, we are still sorting through individual issues with people's accounts. Yesterday we processed several hundred support issues and there are only three of us! Thank you for your patience - we will turnaround your requests as quick as we can.
Third, LOCALS COINS SUPPORTERS! We realised yesterday that a lot of people had paid for support using Locals Coins (far more than we initially realized). We have now completed the migration of all active paying supporters who used Locals Coins. This means that if you had an account on Locals and you were an ACTIVE PAYING SUPPORTER who used Locals Coins you will now have an account on Candaceowens.com using the same email that your Locals account was tied to. Please go to the 'Login' button and hit 'Forgot Password' and follow the instructions to reset your password.
However, if you have ALREADY CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT AND YOU PREVIOUSLY PAID USING LOCALS COINS (your new account must have used the same email as your Locals account) then your Locals Coins payment should have been migrated over to your Billing profile!
Fourth, PASSWORD RESETS. We are aware of a lot of people say they did not get their password reset emails. This is not a problem from our side, this is a problem with the email providers (Gmail, AOL and others) - because of the intensity of the site launch yesterday and the hundreds of thousands of emails that went out, some of the email providers marked our domain as spam and consequently have not been sending the password reset emails. This issue will be resolved shortly as they become familiar with our domain traffic.
